This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Act as a reliable partner to business leadership, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and other functional teams on ethical and compliant business practices.
• Oversee a portfolio of Global Ethics and Compliance initiatives and operations throughout Collins’ Americas region.
• Create content and deliver ethics and compliance training sessions.
• Manage and support the network of Collins Local Ethics & Compliance Officers in the Americas.
• Lead and perform Compliance Performance Reviews to identify, prevent, and evaluate ethics and compliance risks.
• Contribute to the development and dissemination of the RTX code of conduct.
• Address inquiries and concerns from employees regarding Ethics and Compliance, providing policy direction as needed.
• Conduct reviews for conflicts of interest and escalate issues as necessary.
• Evaluate RTX GEC Annual Certification variant responses.
• Oversee Global Ethics and Compliance projects from initial concept to full implementation.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• A University Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Proficient in aggregating and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel.
• Capable of converting data into insightful reports and presentations utilizing PowerPoint.
• Ability to conduct independent trend analysis.
• Experience in integrating diverse data sets into standardized tools such as scorecards and risk assessments.
• Background in developing and managing business analytics dashboards and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
• Strong interpersonal skills, client consultation experience, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Understanding of ethics and compliance risks, including Anti-Corruption/Anti-Bribery, Privacy, Speak Up helpline, and Ethics & Compliance Investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to large audiences and senior management.
• Proven success in collaboration and team building.
• Familiarity with aerospace and defense ethics and compliance programs is advantageous.
• U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens may access information under the program/contract.
