This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee compliance initiatives across Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
• Address cases related to Amazon product safety, compliance issues, restricted products, and listing suppression.
• Facilitate ASIN reinstatements by collecting and submitting necessary documentation.
• Assist in new product launches by ensuring compliance standards are fulfilled prior to products going live.
• Track account health and proactively identify potential compliance risks.
• Review and maintain Children's Product Certificates (CPCs), General Certificates of Conformity (GCCs), Declarations of Conformity, test reports, FCC documentation, UL/ETL certificates, and other regulatory paperwork.
• Investigate relevant US regulations to establish compliance requirements for new products.
• Coordinate testing and certification with accredited third-party laboratories.
• Oversee Amazon TIC submissions and verification processes.
• Organize documentation for children's products, battery-operated products, electronics, and other regulated categories.
• Collaborate with Amazon-approved laboratories to address verification inquiries.
• Monitor submission statuses and ensure timely approvals.
• Engage directly with overseas manufacturers to secure compliance documentation.
• Liaise with testing laboratories and certification bodies including Intertek, SGS, TÜV, UL, and Bureau Veritas.
• Keep track of testing schedules, document requests, and certification timelines.
• Raise compliance concerns that may affect product launches or marketplace availability.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience supporting Amazon US (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central).
• Proven experience managing Amazon compliance cases, product safety investigations, listing suppressions, or ASIN reinstatements.
• Familiarity with US consumer product compliance standards.
• Strong grasp of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central workflows.
• Exceptional written English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic remote work environment.
• Experience with Amazon Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Children's Product Certificates (CPC) and General Certificates of Conformity (GCC) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of CPSC, CPSIA, and ASTM regulations is a plus.
• Understanding of FCC, UL, ETL, NRTL, and other US certification criteria is a plus.
• Experience in battery and electronics compliance is an advantage.
• Ability to evaluate new products and identify applicable US regulatory, testing, and certification requirements.
• Experience defining compliance standards during new product development is a plus.
• Direct experience working with third-party testing laboratories is beneficial.
• Proven communication skills with overseas manufacturers and suppliers is a plus.
