This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Act as a reliable partner to business leadership, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and other functional stakeholders regarding ethical and compliant business practices.
• Oversee a range of Global Ethics and Compliance programs and operations across Collins’ presence in the Americas.
• Create content and deliver ethics and compliance training sessions.
• Manage and support the network of Local Ethics & Compliance Officers within Collins in the Americas.
• Lead and execute Compliance Performance Reviews to identify, prevent, and evaluate ethics and compliance risks.
• Assist in developing and disseminating the RTX code of conduct.
• Address inquiries and concerns from employees regarding Ethics & Compliance and provide guidance on policies.
• Conduct reviews for conflicts of interest and escalate issues as necessary.
• Handle RTX GEC Annual Certification variant responses.
• Act as project manager for Global Ethics and Compliance initiatives from their inception to implementation.
• Travel is expected to be approximately 25%.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Proficient in aggregating and analyzing data utilizing Microsoft Excel.
• Capable of translating data into insightful reports and presentations using PowerPoint.
• Ability to conduct independent trend analysis.
• Experience in integrating diverse data sets into standardized tools such as scorecards and risk assessments.
• Proven experience in developing and managing business analytics dashboards and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
• Strong interpersonal skills along with client consultation and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated agility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with ethics and compliance risks including Anti-Corruption/Anti-Bribery, Privacy, Speak Up helpline, and Ethics & Compliance Investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting to large audiences and senior management.
• Proven success in collaboration and team building.
• Knowledge and experience in aerospace and defense ethics and compliance programs.
• U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Expected travel of approximately 25%.
