Senior Manager, ERP Systems – Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Crafting, refining, and advocating for the primary finance systems strategy.

• Creating and managing a strategic 3-year roadmap for finance system transformation.

• Leading comprehensive digital transformation of workflows.

• Overseeing cross-functional system transformation projects.

• Acting as the principal product owner for finance systems.

• Proactively addressing risks related to ERP architecture and data integrity.

• Facilitating collaborative decision-making and governance with senior management.

• Maneuvering through intricate organizational changes by influencing leadership.

• Establishing and owning adoption and success metrics for financial systems.

• Overseeing the budget and enhancing cost efficiency of ERP systems.

• Serving as the lead for finance automation and AI in financial workflows.

• Successfully managing a small ERP systems team consisting of 2 direct reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation, and systems enhancement.

• Strong grasp of accounting and finance principles; familiarity with US GAAP, record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and other financial cycles.

• Capability to operate effectively within a highly integrated working model.

• Proficient in leading workshops, which includes gathering and documenting business requirements and use cases.

• Experience in executing significant transformation initiatives in both waterfall and agile settings.

• Proven success in managing cross-functional systems teams.

• Experience in defining roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and executing complex, multi-system changes.

• Ability to communicate technical decisions in clear language to senior leadership and cross-functional groups.

• Proficient in working in a global, distributed, and remote-friendly environment.

• Direct experience in designing and governing multi-tenant cloud enterprise architectures.

• Practical experience in designing and implementing data pipelines for financial workflows.

• Comprehensive understanding of finance processes and ERP systems (such as Sage Intacct, Coupa, Navan, or comparable systems).
