Senior Manager – Epic Training Environment, Content Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise the strategy, structure, and governance of training environments across various implementations and optimization initiatives.

• Manage the intake, prioritization, and execution of requests for the creation and reconstruction of training environments (MST build/rebuild).

• Act as the main point of contact between business units, Clinical Informatics, and IT regarding training environment requirements.

• Establish and uphold standards for training documentation, job aids, and educational materials.

• Develop and oversee a centralized process for the intake and prioritization of educational materials.

• Ensure that all training content is in alignment with system workflows, deployment schedules, and operational requirements.

• Monitor the readiness of environments, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Lead ongoing improvement initiatives related to training environments and content processes.

• Provide oversight and quality assurance for documentation across various teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or enterprise training.

• Epic certification is mandatory.

• Practical experience with MST build and MST rebuild processes.

• Proven track record in developing training materials and documentation on a large scale.

• Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
