This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop and sustain a content strategy aligned with marketing and corporate goals, specifying themes, editorial guidelines, and audience engagement to ensure each piece targets a distinct reader, segment, and objective.
• Craft engaging content across various formats including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, ebooks, success stories, guides, emails, and more — optimizing the content mix based on performance metrics.
• Assess and demonstrate impact: analyze performance data to illustrate how content generates fresh interest, fuels the sales pipeline, and accelerates deal progression.
• Serve as the editorial voice of the brand, interviewing both internal and external subject matter experts — such as partners and analysts — to enhance quality and credibility.
• Compose effective prompts that yield high-quality drafts for blog articles, landing pages, emails, social media copy, and other marketing materials.
• Develop and curate a repository of reusable AI capabilities, prompt templates, and style guides for go-to-market teams to utilize across various channels.
• Remain informed about the changing AI landscape — encompassing writing tools, image generation, and productivity platforms — and integrate the most effective tools into the workflow.
• Review AI-generated content meticulously: verify facts, restructure, and infuse human insights before publication.
• Automate repetitive tasks such as generating meta descriptions, alt text, social snippets, email subject line variations, and assembling monthly newsletters.
• Continuously pinpoint manual inefficiencies and suggest AI-driven enhancements.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or AI content marketing or copywriting.
• A builder mindset — proactive, resourceful, and focused on solutions.
• Practical experience utilizing AI writing tools in a professional context; a portfolio or examples of AI-assisted work is highly preferred.
• Experience working collaboratively with go-to-market teams, including sales, marketing, product, customer success, and business development.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering with the capability to generate nuanced, brand-aligned outputs from large language models (LLMs) and troubleshoot when outcomes do not meet expectations.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and foundational knowledge of SEO/AEO/GEO principles.
• Exceptional editorial judgment with the ability to differentiate between high-quality, impactful content and adequate AI-generated output.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities to foster theme alignment across go-to-market initiatives.
