This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy for the website, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and meets the needs of the target audience.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to determine content requirements, guidelines, standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Establish and uphold content governance processes, which include best practices, review protocols, approval procedures, archiving, and ongoing enhancement of content performance.
• Offer guidance and assistance to stakeholders in implementing content strategies that are in line with brand messaging and business goals.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and apply content structures within the content management system (CMS), ensuring uniformity across digital platforms.
• Track and evaluate content performance metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimization.
• Support the entire website content lifecycle, from strategy development to analysis, with a focus on governance.
• Oversee and refine content workflows and processes within a headless CMS to enhance content reuse across digital channels.
• Govern the content model and taxonomy to guarantee consistent application by business and digital/IT stakeholders.
• Conduct audits of the CMS to ensure adherence to best practices and update taxonomy as new websites are integrated.
• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure smooth CMS integration and operational functionality.
• Provide training to marketing stakeholders on utilizing the headless CMS platform and embracing the headless content approach.
• Stay informed about advancements in headless CMS technology and suggest improvements.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in content strategy and management, with a deep understanding of content strategy principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of best practices for website content, including SEO, user experience, and accessibility.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing content projects.
• Proficiency in working with headless CMS platforms and a solid understanding of content management workflows and processes.
• Experience in editing and analyzing digital content with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
