This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the editorial strategy, content roadmap, and editorial calendar for Zeta’s blog, ensuring alignment with product priorities and growth marketing objectives.
• Propose and create clear, engaging content that articulates product capabilities in a manner that resonates with our audiences.
• Review and enhance drafts from Product Marketing and internal teams, guaranteeing clarity, consistency, and compelling storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to pinpoint content opportunities that bolster launches, strategic initiatives, and key business objectives.
• Work alongside Growth Marketing to synchronize content with campaigns, target audiences, and pipeline goals.
• Develop content that excels in search and AI-generated answers by applying GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles to ensure it is easily discoverable, comprehensible, and trustworthy.
• Uphold a high standard for writing quality, voice, and editorial consistency.
• Manage the content process from planning to publication, coordinating contributors, stakeholders, reviews, and approvals to guarantee timely execution.
• Leverage performance insights, audience trends, and business priorities to guide editorial choices and enhance future content investments.
• Over 6 years of experience in editorial, content, or product marketing within a B2B technology firm.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a track record of producing high-quality blog or newsroom-style content.
• Capability to swiftly grasp product concepts and translate them into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
• Proficient in editing and refining content from multiple contributors into a cohesive, high-quality voice.
• Highly proactive and idea-oriented — consistently brings a steady stream of content perspectives and story concepts.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience working alongside Product Marketing, Product, Demand Generation, and Corporate Marketing teams.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple drafts and deadlines concurrently.
• Able to balance strategic thought with hands-on execution in a fast-paced setting.
