• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving team of Enterprise Account Executives.
• Manage Adobe's premier FSI industry accounts, focusing on growth and retention.
• Develop compelling value propositions and identify new business avenues.
• Collaborate with Solution Sales and CXO teams to implement the go-to-market strategy.
• Provide precise forecasting and ensure exemplary account management.
• Promote customer adoption, conduct quarterly business reviews, and drive value realization initiatives.
• Proven experience in leading quota-bearing AE teams in SaaS (not in overlay roles).
• Over 10 years of experience in direct SaaS platform sales (software plus services is advantageous).
• Demonstrated sales success with CIO/CDO/CMO-level stakeholders, preferably in verticals such as Telco, Pharma, or Energy.
• Familiarity with complex, enterprise-level sales processes.
• Strong coaching abilities and leadership skills; a history of team development.
• Excellent communication proficiency in both English and German.
