This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Supervising the practices of enterprise IT service management and service delivery.
• Leading efforts in cybersecurity while ensuring coordinated planning, budgeting, and execution across all technology functions.
• Supporting business processes by designing basic solutions using in-house systems and tools.
• Acting as Tier 4 support for escalated issues from our managed services provider.
• Aiding in the administration of various business platforms, such as ERP, Payroll, and EMR systems.
• Managing relationships with external vendors and technology partners.
• Overseeing IT service management throughout the organization, ensuring alignment with best practices and frameworks like ITIL.
• Actively promoting continuous improvement in service delivery, support processes, and end-user experience.
• Keeping an up-to-date view of the enterprise project portfolio.
• Supervising the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services.
• Assisting in the development or revision of policies and procedures as required.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures for reference and knowledge sharing.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Preferred: At least one Microsoft certification in Azure administration and Microsoft Security administration (e.g., AZ-104 or AZ-900; SC-200 or SC-400).
• Knowledge of ERP, Payroll, and EMR systems administration is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, tasks, and environments.
• Proven experience in administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender, InTune, and Azure.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power platforms (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) and their application in workflow solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the capacity to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Capability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adjust in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
