📋 Description

• Recruiting Strategy & Vision: Develop and enhance recruiting strategies for complex engineering positions by utilizing market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive analysis. Convert business objectives into clear, actionable hiring plans that ensure consistent results.

• Engineering Partnership & Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to align business priorities with hiring strategies and improve the interview process. Leverage data and market insights to inform decisions, tailoring communication to foster stakeholder alignment.

• Team Leadership & Development: Guide and nurture a team of technical recruiters responsible for the entire hiring process in engineering. Promote a high-performing and healthy team environment through clear expectations, constructive feedback, and coaching.

• Operational Excellence, Scale & Resilience: Manage the health of the recruitment funnel using data to enhance processes, systems, and pipelines. Establish scalable sourcing partnerships, define clear priorities and team structures, and create operating rhythms that empower the team to execute effectively and adapt to change.

• Accountability, Execution & Results: Take ownership of hiring outcomes and ensure consistent performance against objectives. Lead with strong execution and a solutions-oriented approach, holding the team accountable, transforming challenges into actionable solutions, and thoughtfully employing AI to boost efficiency and impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity managing recruiting teams.

• Extensive, hands-on knowledge of full-cycle technical recruiting, with a proven history of leading teams to achieve reliable hiring outcomes in rapidly growing environments.

• Proven experience in building and developing high-performing recruiting teams, including coaching on assessment techniques, stakeholder management, and effective closing strategies.

• Strong understanding of technical talent markets, with the capability to transform insights into successful recruiting strategies.

• Data-driven decision-maker who leverages recruiting metrics to identify issues, reveal insights, and influence behavior across teams.

• Effective operator with a proactive approach and commitment to follow-through; adept at setting priorities, managing ambiguity with sound judgment, and consistently driving execution and results.

• Clear and effective communicator who establishes credibility and strong relationships, influencing through tailored messaging for diverse audiences.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the requirement for current or future employer sponsorship.

• Open to leveraging AI to enhance skills and improve work output—demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to increase efficiency and impact.
