Senior Manager, Employee Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Spearhead initiatives that cultivate and maintain a high-performing, inclusive, and engaging work environment.

• Act as a strategic collaborator with leaders and employees, promoting employee experience, relations, engagement, accessibility, and inclusion initiatives.

• Create and execute initiatives that enhance engagement, trust, communication, belonging, and retention.

• Provide guidance to the organization as an internal DEI expert, offering advice on inclusive practices and steering DEI strategy development.

• Function as a trusted advisor on conflict resolution, workplace conduct, and organizational change.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 7 years of progressive HR experience with substantial expertise in employee relations, DEI, accessibility, and engagement.

• At least 3 years of management experience, overseeing either projects or teams.

• Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.

• Familiarity with employment law, ADA compliance, reasonable accommodations, and HR best practices.
