This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Spearhead initiatives that cultivate and maintain a high-performing, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
β’ Act as a strategic collaborator with leaders and employees, promoting employee experience, relations, engagement, accessibility, and inclusion initiatives.
β’ Create and execute initiatives that enhance engagement, trust, communication, belonging, and retention.
β’ Provide guidance to the organization as an internal DEI expert, offering advice on inclusive practices and steering DEI strategy development.
β’ Function as a trusted advisor on conflict resolution, workplace conduct, and organizational change.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Over 7 years of progressive HR experience with substantial expertise in employee relations, DEI, accessibility, and engagement.
β’ At least 3 years of management experience, overseeing either projects or teams.
β’ Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
β’ Familiarity with employment law, ADA compliance, reasonable accommodations, and HR best practices.
