Senior Manager, Email Security Engineering

• Lead and expand a team of exceptional engineers, offering mentorship and fostering career growth.

• Significant experience as a strong individual contributor in distributed systems or backend infrastructure, with a demonstrated history of successfully transitioning into engineering management roles.

• Proven experience leading teams of engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• A strong product sense with the capability to convert technical limitations into product trade-offs.

• Exceptional communication abilities and experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Product and Security.
