Director, Security Channels – North America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-achieving team by identifying outstanding talent and coaching them for success in their roles.

• Identify and onboard new companies into the Datadog Partner Network to enhance revenue streams and achieve successful outcomes for end customers.

• Accelerate the business of existing Datadog Partners through business and technical enablement, while effectively executing go-to-market strategies.

• Collaborate closely with Datadog’s regional enterprise and commercial sales teams, as well as regional marketing and customer success teams, to enhance revenue in the region.

• Act as the executive regional sponsor for essential partnerships, including leading GSI channel partners.

• Manage regional metrics and reporting to Datadog leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of leadership experience, including the hiring and development of sales and partner personnel.

• More than 10 years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales within a cloud services or SaaS organization.

• Proficient in recruiting and establishing successful partnerships, including with multinational and global organizations.

• Capable of swiftly grasping technical concepts and architectural scenarios, and articulating them to others both verbally and in writing.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to engage with and present to senior leadership, both internally and externally.
