This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Spearhead the deployment of an enterprise Infrastructure Automation Platform (Ansible Automation Platform), which encompasses platform design, integration, and readiness for operations.
• Propel automation efforts throughout infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and approved OT environments.
• Facilitate integration with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, CMDB, Identity & Access Management (IAM), virtualization, and monitoring solutions.
• Develop governance frameworks, automation standards, operational runbooks, and support processes.
• Oversee multiple OT security projects, including Claroty, Trellix, OT domain onboarding, and OT infrastructure remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning Infrastructure, OT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, and external vendors.
• Manage project governance, planning, risks, budgets, dependencies, and reporting to executives.
• Ensure project execution complies with IT security policies, GxP standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• 8–10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, successfully delivering enterprise infrastructure or cybersecurity projects.
• Proven experience in leading automation, infrastructure modernization, or platform implementation initiatives.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networking, identity management, and monitoring.
• Experience in managing OT or industrial cybersecurity projects is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), ServiceNow, CMDB, Claroty, Trellix, or comparable enterprise solutions.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management.
• Strong abilities in communication, governance, and delivery management.
• Possession of PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
