Senior Manager, Ecommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the online storefront, overseeing every product page, promotional activity, and the overall on-site experience.

• Lead technology implementations and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives while partnering with development resources.

• Oversee ecommerce technology projects in Jira from inception to completion.

• Guarantee quality assurance for all updates to the site and new features introduced.

• Evaluate ecommerce and site performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for website and ecommerce operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) ecommerce operations.

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing a Shopify Plus storefront.

• Proven expertise in configuring and operating a subscription platform within the Shopify Plus ecosystem.

• Experience in managing ecommerce technology projects and implementations using Jira or comparable tools.

• Demonstrated history of driving significant improvements in conversion rates and site performance.

• A foundational understanding of SEO best practices relevant to ecommerce.
