This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to optimize and standardize operations and data across customer interactions.
• Align brand, customer, and sales strategies to meet and surpass KPIs.
• Assist eCommerce customer teams in achieving top KPIs both internally and with clients.
• Work alongside analytics to develop ECM reporting, primarily focused on Amazon and Last Mile customers.
• Identify, cleanse, link, and merge retailer-partner and internal data for comprehensive analysis.
• Enhance execution and standardize reporting processes across ECM customer teams.
• Pinpoint growth opportunities at the customer level by utilizing analytical and financial expertise.
• Track and assess competitor and customer trends affecting KHC's performance.
• Embed eCommerce customers into existing KHC routines and develop additional reporting and processes as necessary.
• Incorporate ECM reporting into company-wide routines, such as MBR and annual planning.
• Oversee centralized ECM planning inputs within sales-wide strategies and processes.
• Manage ECM customer-focused reporting and action routines to ensure monthly targets are achieved.
• Integrate the eCommerce business into cross-functional routines and projects.
• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, category management, insights, marketing, and other departments.
• Incorporate customer reporting data into KHC systems for improved forecasting accuracy.
• Develop partnership materials that are ready for customer presentation.
• Align actionable insights plans with the shopper insights team.
• Assist in creating materials for regular interactions with retailer partners and KHC eCommerce teams.
• A strong passion for high performance and digital success.
• An ownership mentality regarding performance, data, customer relationships, and planning.
• Robust CPG experience in Sales, Category Leadership, Insights, or eCommerce.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience managing P&L and understanding profit and revenue drivers.
• Background in sales or a center of excellence role overseeing an entire category or customer across multiple annual cycles.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to be a trusted, clear storyteller who effectively engages at the executive level.
• Experience in presenting and representing a larger team during key milestones with leadership.
• Proficiency in creating presentations using a storytelling framework.
• Strong analytical thinking capabilities and/or experience in performance reporting and analytics.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
