This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop Simetrik's demand engine for the US market from its inception.
• Oversee the US field calendar, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and the Experience Club initiative.
• Handle public relations and media engagements, as well as manage organic LinkedIn presence at the demand generation level.
• Negotiate sponsorships and take charge of post-event Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) conversions.
• Create and manage named-account programs targeting tier-1 clients in the US.
• Establish and lead Simetrik's US executive community.
• Oversee the US PR agency and enhance Simetrik's visibility within industry networks.
• Manage the demand generation aspects of simetrik.com and collaborate with GTM Engineering on the demand funnel.
• Minimum of 7 years in B2B demand generation, field marketing, ABM, or executive community initiatives within enterprise software, with at least 3 years in fintech, payments, banking, or enterprise finance software.
• Proven experience executing ABM and field strategies for an enterprise US Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) that engages at the CFO, COO, Controller, or Head of Payments level.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and managing an executive community (CFO Club, advisory group, or similar) from the ground up, with a knack for facilitating follow-up meetings.
• Experience managing a tier-1 US conference presence from start to finish (including speaking engagements, sponsorships, side events, and hosted dinners) and defending post-event pipeline results to a CRO or COO.
• Experience working with a US PR agency and maintaining relationships with top-tier fintech or banking journalists.
• Ability to function as a senior individual contributor; you execute the work yourself rather than delegating, and you develop the function prior to assembling a team around it.
• Familiarity with payments, banking operations, or financial controls, enabling effective communication with a Head of Payments or CFO without needing a glossary.
• A strong inclination towards AI-driven execution: utilizing agentic workflows, AI-assisted creativity, AI-powered research, and AI-enhanced account intelligence.
• Direct experience reporting US marketing-sourced pipeline to a VP, CRO, or COO during weekly forecasting meetings.
