Senior Manager – Digital UX Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver consistent, hands-on coaching to team members, including experience designers and content strategists.

• Manage personnel responsibilities while actively engaging in crucial design projects.

• Foster robust cross-departmental relationships with product, engineering, and research collaborators.

• Incorporate user research, analytics, and accessibility best practices into everyday design choices.

• Articulate the effects of design decisions on both user and business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience.

• More than 5 years of experience leading design teams, serving as both a technical authority and a people manager.

• At least 5 years of practical design experience for both mobile and web platforms.

• A minimum of 3 years of expertise in design tools (e.g., Figma), accessibility standards (WCAG), and the integration of research into design execution.
