Senior Manager, Digital Services Financial Operations – Center of Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Accountable for establishing the Digital Financial Operations (FinOps) function.

• Develop the operating model, standards, and cadence required to provide accurate, timely, and decision-ready financial insights.

• Lead a team of 3–5 junior resources located in the U.S. and India.

• Collaborate with Digital Operations leadership to promote automation and standardization in financial reporting and planning processes.

• Assemble a team dedicated to content creation, quarterly forecasting, annual planning processes, and sales for primary stakeholders.

• Generate materials for the regular business cadence aimed at the Digital leadership and executive audience.

• Oversee the quarterly forecast cycle and annual budget process in partnership with Capability, Industry, and Regional Operations Business Partners.

• Supervise the preparation of regular and ad-hoc analyses on key performance indicators, interpreting metrics in relation to targets and forecasts.

• Manage sales reporting, establish sales targets, and track performance and commissions.

• Enhance and maintain tools, models, and reporting infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, or related fields.

• Previous experience in professional services, consulting, or technology services.

• Proven experience in leading early-career, distributed teams, including offshore resources.

• Advanced Excel proficiency.

• Familiarity with enterprise planning, reporting, or BI tools (Workday, Adaptive, Power BI, preferred).
