
Senior Manager, Digital Product – Conversational AI Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design and implement Signify’s AI Outreach and Rescheduling strategy, incorporating the AI-driven orchestration logic necessary to capture and re-engage members after a cancelled appointment.
• Utilize Conversational AI (Voice and RCS) to develop intelligent, supply-aware re-engagement workflows and robust evaluation frameworks that ensure continuity of care and safeguard our clinicians' productivity.
• Articulate complex ideas, both in writing and verbally, to persuade peers and stakeholders to make informed decisions or adjust strategies as needed.
• Proactively identify user or business requirements and propose innovative solutions.
• Facilitate discussions regarding trade-offs and negotiate with teams and stakeholders to meet roadmap goals.
• Provide incremental user value by adopting a cross-functional perspective on the issue.
• Establish a clear vision along with a short-term and long-term roadmap that includes value definitions and measurable outcomes; effectively communicate this roadmap to customers and throughout the organization.
• Observe and interview users across various product lines to consolidate and connect their feedback into clearly defined problem statements.
• Manage dependencies, communicate timelines, and align stakeholder expectations across different departments and product lines.
• Grasp high-level strategic drivers and factors influencing the business.
• Develop and assess KPIs for the product to define, monitor, and communicate value delivery.
• Stay informed about the healthcare industry, including key trends and current market developments.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business or a quantitative discipline, or a comparable combination of formal education and experience.
• At least 7 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in product management.
• Strong technical expertise with the capability to lead the integration of AI models into complex business processes.
• Proficient in breaking down intricate technical challenges (such as intent classification or supply-aware routing), simplifying the user experience, and innovating for our members' benefit.
• Experience in Conversational AI or NLP-driven product management, with a proven track record in designing and optimizing multi-modal user journeys (Voice, SMS, Chat) powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
• A solid history of successfully delivering products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data from various sources to drive conclusions and recommendations.
