
Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the paid media strategy and creative direction across various digital acquisition channels.
• Spearhead the paid digital and social performance marketing strategy encompassing TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
• Develop and implement continuous testing programs for social creative concepts, placements, and formats.
• Convert testing outcomes into a functional testing agenda for the wider team.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to synchronize brand, awareness, and conversion initiatives across paid, owned, and social channels.
• Oversee digital creative marketing expenditures and manage agency partnerships.
• Work closely with channel monitoring and content creators to ensure a seamless experience across owned and paid platforms.
• Enhance content discoverability in partnership with organic search and content teams.
• Optimize the end-to-end digital conversion process to minimize friction and reduce drop-off rates.
• Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in performance marketing, direct response, or growth marketing.
• Proven hands-on experience in paid digital channels, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, connected TV, and display advertising.
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative benchmarks and functional testing plans.
• In-depth knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies, including sample sizing, statistical significance, and test hygiene.
• Experience in directing creative concepts and managing digital creative production processes.
• Proven track record of collaboration across credit/risk, finance, product, legal, and compliance teams.
• Familiarity with tiered capital allocation and management of paid digital channel/media budgets.
• Knowledge of marketing KPI frameworks, including GRR, CTR, and NAB attribution.
• Expertise in conversion UX optimization, drop-off/abandonment analysis, and on-site nudge design.
• Proficient in SQL, Tableau or Looker Studio, and Google or Adobe Analytics.
• Must have the ability to work in the United States.
