This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and drive the implementation of digital fundraising and marketing initiatives for Covenant House International.
• Act as the primary coordinator among both internal teams and external agency partners.
• Manage the planning, execution, strategic alignment, budgets, timelines, and organizational priorities of campaigns.
• Oversee daily operations and executions of CHI’s digital presence, including Asana management, content stewardship, and project management throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Contribute to annual strategies aimed at broadening the constituent base as well as maximizing digital revenue and file growth.
• Keep track of revenue and expense budgets for digital initiatives.
• Assist with donor journey documentation specific to various segments and maintain those records.
• Support the deployment of responses to emerging fundraising opportunities and crises.
• Research and suggest innovative strategies and investments for testing purposes.
• Maintain a record of key performance indicators from pilot tests.
• Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across relevant communication platforms.
• Act as the project manager for all digital campaigns deployed by CHI.
• Prioritize integrated cross-channel communications in line with annual plans and budget limitations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners on donor and lead onboarding and conversion programs.
• Report directly to the AVP, Integrated Marketing.
• A minimum of three years of project management experience in the digital sector.
• Ideally, experience within a nonprofit organization that emphasizes social impact.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing direct marketing activities.
• Experience working directly on or regularly collaborating with face-to-face, telemarketing, direct mail, and digital channel programs.
• Familiarity with fundraising principles and practices.
• Knowledge of annual giving/direct mail, print production, telemarketing, digital marketing, joint allocation of funds, and basic analytical principles.
• Ability to manage fundraising data, reporting, budgets, and forecasting.
• Strong facilitation and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently while being accountable, as well as being an effective team player.
• Ability to create and implement innovative and effective solicitation strategies.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to travel to New York City once a year in early October.
• Ability and readiness to travel to various site and office locations up to 10–15% of the time.
