This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop and advocate for a comprehensive multi-year product strategy and roadmap for our Literacy/ELA product line.
• Guide and empower your team, fostering the development of robust product thinking and execution capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment on priorities and facilitate seamless delivery.
• Conduct discovery initiatives to gain insights into customer needs, market opportunities, and the competitive environment.
• Make informed decisions on investment areas based on customer impact, business value, and return on investment.
• Collaborate with your team to translate strategy into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Track key metrics such as adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction, utilizing insights to guide future actions.
• Participate in annual planning, encompassing budget considerations and resource requirements.
• Act as the representative for the Literacy/ELA product line in leadership discussions and serve as a thought leader both internally and externally.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Education, Computer Science, etc.); an advanced degree is advantageous.
• 7–10 years of experience in product management, preferably within EdTech, SaaS, or related sectors.
• Proven experience in creating and implementing product strategies that yield measurable results.
• Experience in mentoring and developing team members is a plus — you elevate others and help them flourish.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities complemented by a proven track record of execution and achieving results.
• Confidence in engaging in discussions with leaders throughout the organization.
