Senior Manager, Development – CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead and expand multiple agile engineering teams that provide impactful CRM integration functionalities throughout the Genesys Cloud platform.

• Take ownership of the complete delivery process across integration domains, ensuring alignment on priorities, dependencies, and execution results among teams.

• Propel the technical strategy for CRM integrations, facilitating scalable, reliable, and secure solutions across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, and partner ecosystems.

• Influence architectural decisions among teams, balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term platform development and performance.

• Collaborate with Product Management and senior stakeholders to convert business priorities into actionable execution plans that yield measurable customer and platform results.

• Construct and enhance modern integration architectures utilizing REST APIs, cloud-native services, and web-based UI frameworks.

• Promote engineering excellence by advocating best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and operational reliability.

• Mentor and develop managers and engineers, encouraging accountability, growth, and a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Identify and address delivery risks early, ensuring reliable execution across complex, multi-team projects.

• Work alongside internal architects and external partners to design and implement strategic integrations that enhance platform capabilities and ecosystem value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading and nurturing high-performing software engineering teams within cloud or SaaS environments.

• Strong technical expertise in system design, scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Background in working with CRM platforms or customer engagement systems.

• Familiarity with CRM integration interfaces such as OpenCTI, Lightning, APEX, or OpenFrame.

• Experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks like Vue or Svelte.

• Proven ability to define and implement technical strategies that align with business goals.

• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.

• History of delivering complex, multi-team technical initiatives with high quality and reliability.
