Senior Manager – Data Analyst, Medical Health Claims

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the business team in analyzing trends in product/service utilization using historical data.

• Collect, organize, and conduct research/analysis on Medical Health Claim data.

• Proactively identify root causes and demonstrate independent thinking; thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.

• Operate autonomously across various sectors including Inpatient, Outpatient, SNF, Rehab, Professional, DME, and HCD/HIT.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is the minimum educational requirement for candidates in this role.

• 5-7 years of relevant hands-on experience in data analysis.

• 5-7 years of pertinent experience in medical claims.

• Strong background in Healthcare Insurance data.

• Proficiency in utilizing business tools to query extensive datasets, such as SQL, SAS Enterprise Guide, Claris, Pareo, and Optum.

• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of presenting information to a range of audiences—both technical and non-technical.

• Ability to handle large datasets from various data sources.

• Outstanding communication skills with a strong history of collaborating directly with colleagues and clients to define business objectives and requirements.

• Experience working within a team environment and coordinating with business/functional teams.
