This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and develop a high-achieving team of Customer Success Managers.
• Promote adoption and realization of value from NodeZero.
• Manage strategic customer relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate expansion opportunities and ensure renewals.
• Work collaboratively across Sales, Channel, Product, and Support teams.
• Establish operational rigor and oversee processes in Gainsight and Salesforce.
• Create playbooks and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Collect structured feedback to guide product strategy.
• 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar post-sales roles within the cybersecurity or B2B SaaS sectors.
• 2–3+ years of experience in direct people management.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing goals related to Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Dollar Retention (GDR).
• Experience in managing strategic customers with strong executive-level relationship management capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of security operations and/or MSSP business models.
• Excellent communicator and storyteller with outstanding presentation skills.
• Proficient in Gainsight, Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
