This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of Addepar's Key & Strategic Client segment, including industry challenges and objectives, alongside a robust comprehension of how clients utilize Addepar to enhance adoption, drive growth, and ensure account retention.
• Provide strategic guidance throughout the entire client journey, which encompasses implementation, optimization, growth, and renewal, enabling your team to deliver a smooth transition of knowledge and responsibilities where applicable.
• Collaborate with your Account Executive to conduct quarterly business reviews to align on business priorities, identify optimization opportunities, discuss Addepar’s product roadmap, and evaluate product usage and adoption trends and insights.
• Act as the client advocate to Product Management, Product Marketing, Support, Renewals, Services, Finance, etc., fostering strong working relationships with each to guarantee client success and consistency in communication.
• Cultivate and maintain a high level of client satisfaction and reference-ability by effectively diagnosing clients' business operations and recommending suitable solutions and services.
• A crucial aspect of this role is a strong work ethic, innovative approaches to client engagement, a sense of urgency in all tasks, and robust leadership skills, including building, nurturing, and supporting a high-performing team, aligning with team objectives, and driving client success. This individual must have a proven history of collaborating with various cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, R&D, Finance, and Legal; regularly interacting with senior leaders and C-level executives to ensure GTM objectives are achieved. They must maintain an in-depth understanding of Addepar technology and effectively communicate Addepar’s value propositions to the partner community.
• 8+ years of experience or 5 years + MBA in a client-facing role with a proven track record of in-depth knowledge of our strategic client segment.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, proactive approach, and exceptional colleague.
• Outstanding problem-solving, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Data and metrics-driven.
• Flexibility and adaptability to new demands; strong sense of urgency.

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
