CRM Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development, enhancement, and automation of Technolutions Slate Deliver campaigns, which encompass email templates, audiences, populations, rules, and scheduled communications.

• Create and execute Technolutions Slate Events and Scheduler, including templates, forms, check-in procedures, and communications.

• Offer training, documentation, and continuous user support to foster user confidence and autonomy.

• Perform testing and monitoring to verify functionality and data integrity.

• Collaborate with the Director of Enrollment Operations and Systems to establish Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) aimed at improving enrollment operational efficiency across all programs, analyzing data to assess effectiveness and guide ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Detect inefficiencies, propose process enhancements, and execute workflow improvements.

• Additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in enrollment management, admissions, or a comparable higher education sector.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Technolutions Slate CRM administration and user support, focusing on Deliver, Events, and Scheduler. Familiarity with Slate Deliver, Events, Scheduler, populations, and rules is essential, along with proficiency in constructing and maintaining configurable joins queries.

• Demonstrated experience in training, documentation, or CRM technical support. Must be comfortable presenting to and training end-users either in group settings or one-on-one.

• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and upholding the highest standards of data integrity.

• Understanding of FERPA along with a proven dedication to data security and privacy compliance.
