This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conducting virtual training sessions for Polish-speaking clients, guiding them through the Root Platform (onboarding, data collection workflows, reporting features).
• Assisting customer projects during active data collection phases by addressing inquiries, ensuring data quality, and facilitating project completion.
• Serving as a reliable point of contact for Polish-speaking users (mainly agricultural stakeholders), helping them navigate the platform and recognize its benefits.
• Identifying risks and opportunities for the internal Customer Success team, including signals of churn, product feedback, and user engagement trends.
• Native-level proficiency in Polish (both written and spoken) — this is a mandatory requirement.
• Professional fluency in English, which serves as our internal working language. Proficiency in German is a plus.
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer-Facing Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Proficient in delivering virtual training (webinars, workshops, screen-sharing sessions).
• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
• Bonus: Knowledge of sustainability, carbon accounting, or agricultural supply chains, or experience with data collection platforms or survey/assessment tools.
• You will be part of a cross-functional team that integrates sales and account managers, product experts, and customer success specialists.
