This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Formulate and implement growth strategies aimed at enhancing revenue, conversion, and engagement for travel products, encompassing loyalty, pricing, merchandising, and marketing best practices.
• Conduct executive business reviews with C-level and senior stakeholders, converting partner objectives into coherent roadmaps and measurable results.
• Act as the main strategic liaison for your partner portfolio, fostering trusted relationships with leadership teams and ensuring alignment on priorities and performance metrics.
• Recognize performance discrepancies and opportunities using platform data, crafting and advocating for initiatives that drive significant improvement.
• Convert partner business requirements into scalable product capabilities, collaborating closely with internal product and engineering teams to prioritize and influence the development roadmap.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support partner decision-making at the executive level.
• Work alongside partner teams as needed to ensure alignment on strategy, execution, and results.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new partners onto the HTS Commerce platform, guaranteeing a seamless transition and quick realization of value.
• Track partner health metrics and proactively identify risks, escalating and resolving issues before they affect performance.
• Document best practices, playbooks, and frameworks that can be scaled throughout the global partner network.
• Background in consulting, strategic partnerships, or partner success roles within technology, travel, or e-commerce sectors.
• Demonstrated capability to engage and influence senior and C-level leadership to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for translating complex data into clear strategies and actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, comfortable leading high-stakes discussions with confidence.
• A strategic mindset complemented by a focus on execution and the flexibility to excel in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in travel, e-commerce, or SaaS is highly advantageous.
