• Oversee, mentor, and nurture a team of Ad Network Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
• Maintain high standards for SLA compliance, client communication, and revenue responsibility.
• Conduct effective one-on-ones and team meetings that promote productivity.
• Foster a workplace culture where team members present solutions rather than problems.
• Manage a personal revenue target in conjunction with your team's overall quota.
• Create and implement account strategies based on performance metrics.
• Guide your team to enhance client retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
• Minimum of 6 years in digital advertising, ad sales, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of team management experience, with a proven ability to elevate team performance.
• Experience in a startup environment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated technical curiosity and independence.
• Ability to thrive in challenging situations.
• Proactive approach to tasks.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills — prompt, clear, and tailored to the audience.
• Skilled in both creating and adhering to processes.
