πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take ownership of the services conversion model across various migration strategies, ensuring appropriate delivery methods based on complexity and scale.

β€’ Create and expand a standardized, industrialized delivery system for conversions to CLS, moving from customized execution to a repeatable, factory-like model.

β€’ Define and uphold migration paths, playbooks, service scopes, and reusable assets tailored to customer segments.

β€’ Establish and refine a conversion factory / pod-based delivery model, focusing on speed, quality, and cost efficiency.

β€’ Manage end-to-end capacity planning and demand modeling for conversion services across different regions and functions.

β€’ Design a blended global delivery model (onshore, offshore, and third-party partners) to enhance cost efficiency, scalability, and expertise.

β€’ Proactively oversee utilization, margin, and delivery efficiency, ensuring robust financial performance while achieving customer outcomes.

β€’ Function as the Services leader within the CLS Conversion Program governance framework, ensuring alignment with program priorities.

β€’ Define and manage delivery using clear KPIs and metrics, which include: Predictable delivery timelines, Margin enhancement, Reduction in hyper care intensity, and Increased reuse of tools and playbooks.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 7 years of experience in professional services, implementation, or delivery leadership.

β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

β€’ Proven track record of successfully scaling enterprise services delivery models in software or healthcare settings.

β€’ Demonstrated experience in leading global, offshore, and blended delivery organizations.

β€’ Strong capabilities in cross-functional leadership and executive communication.

β€’ Experience in building industrialized operating models, automation-driven delivery, and capacity frameworks.

β€’ A customer-centric, commercially savvy, and execution-focused leadership approach.
