This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
β’ Take ownership of the services conversion model across various migration strategies, ensuring appropriate delivery methods based on complexity and scale.
β’ Create and expand a standardized, industrialized delivery system for conversions to CLS, moving from customized execution to a repeatable, factory-like model.
β’ Define and uphold migration paths, playbooks, service scopes, and reusable assets tailored to customer segments.
β’ Establish and refine a conversion factory / pod-based delivery model, focusing on speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
β’ Manage end-to-end capacity planning and demand modeling for conversion services across different regions and functions.
β’ Design a blended global delivery model (onshore, offshore, and third-party partners) to enhance cost efficiency, scalability, and expertise.
β’ Proactively oversee utilization, margin, and delivery efficiency, ensuring robust financial performance while achieving customer outcomes.
β’ Function as the Services leader within the CLS Conversion Program governance framework, ensuring alignment with program priorities.
β’ Define and manage delivery using clear KPIs and metrics, which include: Predictable delivery timelines, Margin enhancement, Reduction in hyper care intensity, and Increased reuse of tools and playbooks.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of experience in professional services, implementation, or delivery leadership.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
β’ Proven track record of successfully scaling enterprise services delivery models in software or healthcare settings.
β’ Demonstrated experience in leading global, offshore, and blended delivery organizations.
β’ Strong capabilities in cross-functional leadership and executive communication.
β’ Experience in building industrialized operating models, automation-driven delivery, and capacity frameworks.
