Senior Manager – Credit Card Pricing, Profitability Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the comprehensive delivery of pricing and profitability analytics models for credit card portfolios.

• Collaborate closely with senior business leaders across the Credit Risk, Pricing, and Profitability sectors to grasp business goals and convert them into analytical solutions.

• Foster client relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

• Mentor and lead offshore analytics teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely project delivery.

• Supervise model development, validation, implementation, and ongoing enhancements while upholding strong governance and quality standards.

• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams, including business, product, data engineering, and technology, to provide scalable analytical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative modeling within the Banking/Financial Services sector.

• Extensive experience in modeling, particularly in Credit Card Pricing, Profitability Analytics, and Portfolio Analytics.

• Strong foundation in model development, validation, implementation, and continuous improvement processes.

• Demonstrated experience in leading analytics initiatives and managing end-to-end project delivery.

• Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of working directly with senior business leaders.

• Experience in leading and coordinating offshore teams effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in tools like Python and SQL.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
