Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Analyze and visualize trends throughout the comprehensive collections process.

• Assess the performance of third-party agencies and identify areas for optimization.

• Assist in the design and enhancement of employee incentive programs.

• Create dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI).

• Collaborate with operations, strategy, and risk teams to convert analytical insights into actionable business strategies.

• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance collections efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of pertinent experience in analytics.

• A post-secondary degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field.

• Proficient in statistical and analytical tools such as SAS, SQL, and Python.

• Experience in developing Power BI dashboards is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to translate complex analytical findings into straightforward, actionable recommendations for a diverse audience.
