Manager, Transformation Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, development, and upkeep of an innovative capability to evaluate both financial and non-financial data across the organization to extract vital business insights for enterprise transformation and opportunity recognition.

• Aid in the establishment of a sustainable platform for workforce transformation that integrates various data domains, facilitating improved decision-making regarding our capabilities, finances, and workforce.

• Create and sustain a financial and non-financial baseline for programs and initiatives by identifying trends and transformation opportunities through the analysis of complex data sets.

• Develop a strong management reporting capability utilizing data mining, analysis, and visualization techniques.

• Examine data to address critical inquiries from senior leadership, focusing on elements that drive business performance and investigating opportunities for comprehensive value delivery (cost, speed, risk, quality, etc.).

• Collaborate closely with business and initiative leadership to define necessary data sources and transformations to create a workforce transformation platform.

• Lead and manage cross-functional analytics projects from inception to completion, building relationships with key business leaders, collecting and analyzing data, and summarizing and presenting crucial insights to support decision-making.

• Drive transformative thinking and decisions through analytical insights and cultivate collaborative relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate degree.

• Alternatively, a Master’s degree with 2 years of experience in data science, business, statistics, data mining, applied mathematics, business analytics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• Or a Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in data science, business, statistics, data mining, applied mathematics, business analytics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• Or an Associate's degree with 9 years of experience in data science, business, statistics, data mining, applied mathematics, business analytics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• Or a high school diploma / GED with 9 years of experience in data science, business, statistics, data mining, applied mathematics, business analytics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, SQL.

• Familiarity with data libraries like Numpy and Pandas.

• Experience in statistical or mathematical modeling.

• Capability to work with both structured and unstructured data sets.

• Experience in automating data workflows to extract, filter, modify, and transform data for analysis and visualization.

• Understanding of or experience within the Bio-Pharmaceutical industry.
