Senior Manager, Creative Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the creative execution for various media, including videos, advertisements, emails, web graphics, images, infographics, eBooks, and more, collaborating with content stakeholders to ensure marketing assets are captivating and effectively drive conversions and pipeline growth.

• Integrate insights from writers, designers, and video contributors to create cohesive, campaign-driven projects from conception to execution.

• Maintain consistency in visual identity and brand alignment across all outputs, even as the complexity and volume of work increase.

• Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, web, events, and communications teams to align innovative creative efforts with business priorities and campaign objectives.

• Supervise the creative production process, working closely with a project manager to ensure tasks are prioritized effectively, flow seamlessly, and are delivered on time.

• Provide clear guidance and early alignment to minimize rework, streamline execution, and enhance overall output quality.

• Own and continually enhance the creative production process, ensuring the team can operate swiftly without compromising quality or alignment.

• Introduce new ideas, formats, and methods, encouraging the team to consistently raise the bar.

• Mentor and develop designers and video contributors through ongoing feedback and skill enhancement.

• Cultivate a collaborative, interconnected creative environment that promotes both individual excellence and team success.

• Identify opportunities to refine processes and working methods to reduce fragmentation, amplify impact, and accelerate delivery.

• Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand standards, company guidelines, and strategic goals.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in creative or brand-related roles, ideally within a B2B or SaaS context.

• Demonstrated experience leading or managing multidisciplinary creative teams (including video and graphic design).

• Strong capability to translate messaging into engaging and compelling creative across various channels and formats.

• Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-volume settings with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Proven ability to provide insightful, constructive feedback on both copy and design elements.

• Capacity to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and leadership of the team.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI to enhance creative workflows, promoting more efficient and scalable work methods.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about making a significant impact while enjoying the work process.
