This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Dynata’s Global Profit and Loss (P&L) management.
• Deliver financial expertise, insights, forecasts, and analyses.
• Act as a trusted business partner by offering top-notch financial analysis.
• Prepare consolidated reporting packages and engage in financial review processes.
• Spearhead the development of essential Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) deliverables.
• Oversee expenses and financial reporting for various initiatives.
• Develop and sustain financial presentations for the CFO and department leaders.
• Assess financial processes to improve efficiency and reporting standards.
• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A is highly preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
• Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary.
• Experience in the market research sector is advantageous.
• Familiarity with IBM Reporting, Dynamics 365, Tableau, and PowerBI is a plus.
