Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the VP of FP&A with comprehensive financial and business analysis at the company level, focusing on forecasting, month-end, quarterly reporting, and annual planning.

• Consistently provide precise and insightful information to stakeholders, including private equity investors, board members, business leaders, and the wider finance team.

• Assist in all financial planning activities, encompassing monthly recurring revenue projections, quarterly forecasts, and the annual operating plan.

• Help establish and adhere to critical reporting and planning deadlines.

• Collaborate with business leaders to manage financial performance and monitor functional performance in relation to financial goals.

• Conduct meetings with business leaders to analyze financial results and spending trends.

• Lead and engage in ad-hoc cross-functional teams and projects across business units.

• Collaborate with teams to plan, measure, report, and enhance operational performance.

• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.

• Automate manual processes to optimize workflow and minimize errors.

• Utilize AI-driven tools and predictive analytics to improve forecasting accuracy and proactively identify financial trends.

• Work with technology teams to incorporate AI solutions into financial modeling and reporting processes, ensuring decisions are data-driven.

• Assist in acquisition due diligence, modeling, budgeting, and integration tasks.

• Set up synergy tracking to guarantee that the objectives of the deal model are fully realized.

• Serve as a leader and senior member of the FP&A team, fostering a team-first mentality and mentoring less experienced team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or completion of an MBA.

• Experience navigating through an annual planning or budgeting cycle.

• Proven ability to adapt to emerging technologies, including AI-based financial tools, for enhanced efficiency and insights.
