Senior Solicitor – Digital Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the senior team at HSF Kramer Digital Finance.

• Support a wide array of transactions, including securitisation, structured finance, energy finance, project finance, infrastructure, real estate finance, and leveraged finance.

• Establish and enhance relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact.

• Manage your workload to ensure optimal utilization; serve as the lead lawyer or main point of contact; delegate tasks and provide feedback to junior staff.

• Cultivate, develop, and reinforce client relationships by anticipating their needs.

• Adhere to firm policies and assist in billing and engagement procedures.

• Actively engage in, and when suitable, take the initiative to enhance processes and propose innovative solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales or Northern Ireland.

• A minimum of three years' pertinent PQE (unless exceptional circumstances are present).

• Solid experience in financing transactions, functioning at least at the mid-associate level.

• Strong legal competencies, encompassing drafting, negotiation, and project management abilities.

• Basic level of people management and business development skills.

• Foundational knowledge of law firm profitability and essential factors contributing to financial efficiency.
