Director Of Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Deliver essential financial and leadership services in areas such as financial strategy, planning, and budgeting.

• Supervise a team of 8 individual contributors.

• Ensure adherence to GAAP standards.

• Lead and coordinate the month-end closing processes.

• Develop operating budgets and financial forecasts.

• Manage financial audits and offer constructive recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• CPA certification is highly preferred.

• At least 9 years of progressive experience in accounting.

• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP Business by Design, Concur, Adaptive).

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, Index/Match, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas).

• Capability to manage a larger team effectively.
