Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the monthly and quarterly forecasting processes for the Technology Profit and Loss (P&L).

• Design, develop, and sustain comprehensive multi-scenario financial models that encompass OPEX, CAPEX, and more.

• Regularly track and evaluate financial performance indicators.

• Assist in the creation and presentation of monthly financial reports for Technology leadership.

• Work in collaboration with IT, Accounting, and the wider Finance teams.

• Create, develop, and manage executive-facing financial dashboards.

• Spearhead the identification and reengineering of inefficient FP&A workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience within an Enterprise FP&A team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions such as lookups, sumifs, index-matches, and VBA.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in constructing dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools.

• Prior involvement in supporting or contributing directly to a P&L, including associated forecasts, budgets, and financial models.

• Previous experience in variance analysis and effective communication (both written and verbal) with business stakeholders.

• Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives within an FP&A or finance function.

• Experience with Netsuite, Anaplan, Oracle, Salesforce, or Tableau is highly desirable.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related quantitative field.
