Senior Manager, Corporate Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the annual planning and forecasting process across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, with a key focus on revenue and free cash flow forecasting utilizing driver-based models to enhance accuracy continuously.

• Develop scenario and sensitivity modeling as a fundamental FP&A capability that aids in informing critical leadership decisions.

• Supervise the team's management of the monthly CFO review package, including budget versus actual variance analysis, forecasts, and supporting analytics, while collaborating with Accounting during the close and actively participating in the creation of Board and investor reporting materials.

• Transform financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for leadership by means of ongoing reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis.

• Oversee the team's management of Pigment systems and lead AI-driven automation and process/control enhancements within FP&A.

• Assist with SOX controls, audit committee materials, and other preparations for IPO readiness, working closely with Legal, Accounting, Investor Relations, and the CFO's office.

• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and People on specialized, cross-functional forecast items such as equity, payroll taxes, and benefits.

• Lead and develop a team of corporate finance analysts/managers, focusing on coaching and career advancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; an MBA or CPA is preferable.

• 6-9+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, ideally within high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity sectors, including experience in managing or developing direct reports.

• A proven history of enhancing forecast accuracy and constructing driver-based financial models from the ground up.

• Highly analytical with strong proficiency in contemporary FP&A systems (such as Pigment, Snowflake, or similar) — adept at leveraging data to independently reveal essential insights.

• Solid understanding of the three financial statements and fundamental SaaS operating metrics (e.g., gross margin, ARR, contribution margin).

• Direct experience supporting public company readiness initiatives (e.g., SOX controls, audit committee/board materials).

• Demonstrated ability to navigate seamlessly between detailed financial analysis and executive-level synthesis, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interest in AI tools, with a proven record of spearheading automation or efficiency projects within FP&A.
