This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Goodway Group's editorial and content strategy across all internal and external platforms.
• Transform the North Star and Three Cs into a comprehensive year-round editorial roadmap.
• Determine which narratives to present, the timing for publication, and the channels that yield the highest commercial impact.
• Ensure a uniform editorial voice across all customer-facing interactions.
• Direct the annual thought leadership initiative and produce major research outputs, including the annual Connected Commerce Report.
• Create whitepapers, points of view, playbooks, insight-driven content, and original intellectual property.
• Establish executive thought leadership programs and curate content for LinkedIn, Instagram, keynote presentations, contributed articles, and podcasts.
• Collaborate with PR to secure media opportunities, speaking engagements, and industry accolades.
• Generate growth-oriented content and sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and ABM resources.
• Work alongside Business Development and Sales teams to assist in pipeline growth and facilitate sales discussions.
• Evaluate the commercial impact of content through its influence on the pipeline and engagement levels.
• Manage the annual content calendar and coordinate contributions from practice leaders, subject matter experts, and executive leadership.
• Provide support to external PR partners and production resources.
• Uphold editorial quality, governance, and publishing standards.
• Stay abreast of trends in AI, social media, GEO/SEO, content formats, and Connected Commerce.
• Monitor competitive activities and share of voice, identify opportunities, and enhance editorial processes and performance.
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B content marketing, editorial strategy, thought leadership, communications, or a similar domain.
• Outstanding writing and editing abilities, supported by a portfolio showcasing thought leadership, research, executive content, or other insight-driven work.
• Proven experience in developing and managing editorial strategies across various channels and target audiences.
• Capability to distill complex topics into clear, engaging content that bolsters brand authority and promotes commercial growth.
• Experience collaborating with executives and subject matter experts to create unique viewpoints and original content.
• Strong project management expertise overseeing editorial calendars, contributors, agencies, and competing deadlines.
• Familiarity with SEO/GEO, AI-enhanced content practices, social media platforms, and content performance analytics.
• Excellent editorial judgment with the ability to influence senior stakeholders while working autonomously in a dynamic environment.
