Senior Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Produce short-form social media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and X for selected products, adhering to SEO guidelines and utilizing AI-driven prompts and tools.

• Craft long-form thought-leadership articles for LinkedIn, in accordance with SEO standards and augmented by AI-assisted content creation.

• Design visual materials, including social media slides, carousels, and infographics, with the help of tools such as Claude Design, ChatGPT, Gamma, or other applicable resources.

• Share and promote social media content across pertinent online communities, groups, and various distribution platforms.

• Employ distribution and engagement tools like Hyperclapper or comparable platforms to enhance content reach and visibility.

• Monitor and assess social media performance through native dashboards and SocialPilot.

• Measure key performance indicators, recognize trends, and analyze growth, decline, and overall content efficacy.

• Compile quarterly performance presentation decks that include insights into essential metrics, significant changes, root causes, learnings, and areas for improvement.

• Assume complete responsibility for content execution throughout the six-month contract duration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Social Media Management and content creation.

• Proficient in English at a C1+ level.

• Practical experience with AI tools and knowledge of their application in marketing.

• Background in SaaS products or experience within a product-led company is advantageous.

• Basic skills in Figma would be considered a plus.
