Content Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a content strategy for LinkedIn that is driven by data.

• Ensure a consistent content calendar that aligns with the primary brand objectives.

• Produce thought leadership pieces, educational carousels, storytelling content, and industry insights featuring compelling hooks and clear calls to action.

• Manage content pipelines for the Company’s LinkedIn accounts, Executive Personal Profiles, or both.

• Adapt the tone of the content to fit each brand's voice.

• Collaborate with internal experts to transform raw insights, interviews, and company milestones into content that is native to the platform.

• Track impressions, engagement rates, and follower growth metrics.

• Conduct format tests and optimize reach according to performance results.

• Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes, emerging content formats, and industry discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, content marketing, or social media management.

• Demonstrated experience in managing Company LinkedIn accounts, Executive LinkedIn profiles, or both.

• Strong understanding of B2B audience behavior, professional storytelling, and captivating copywriting.

• Expertise in analyzing content performance metrics to enhance publishing strategies.

• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and consistently able to meet publishing deadlines.

• Proficient in English with outstanding written communication abilities.
