📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a content strategy that merges brand development (thought leadership, awareness, market education) with demand generation (pipeline, conversion, revenue).

• Ensure that content aligns with Bamboo Health's branding while customizing it for personas, buying stages, and decision-makers throughout the organization.

• Create a unified narrative that links top-of-funnel storytelling to measurable business results.

• Direct the production of a diverse array of content, including thought leadership pieces, research reports, case studies, ROI/value-based materials, webinars, sales collateral, and campaign content.

• Convert product capabilities and data into clear, outcome-oriented messaging for executive and decision-making audiences.

• Utilize internal subject matter experts, clinical specialists, and data insights to generate authoritative and unique content.

• Collaborate with Growth and Sales teams to ensure that content promotes pipeline generation, accelerates deals, and supports customer dialogues.

• Establish a scalable “create once, activate everywhere” model with effective repurposing and lifecycle management.

• Employ AI-driven content generation tools to speed up production, improve quality, and efficiently scale content while preserving a strong editorial voice.

• Investigate ways to optimize content workflows through AI and automation tools (e.g., document summarization, content repurposing, or data-driven personalization).

• Act as the main content liaison for the PR agency, aiding in the development of thought leadership narratives, supporting media opportunities, and ensuring message consistency across earned and owned channels.

• Engage with internal stakeholders to pinpoint and activate relevant media and thought leadership opportunities.

• Utilize data and insights to continuously enhance content strategy and boost ROI.

• Establish scalable processes that link content initiatives to quantifiable business impact.

• Identify repetitive tasks and collaborate with team leaders to implement scalable automation solutions that allow for more high-value creative work.

• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and their potential to streamline or enhance content marketing workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in content marketing, particularly in B2B healthcare, health tech, or public sector markets.

• Demonstrated ability to lead both brand generation and demand generation content strategies that yield measurable results.

• Strong proficiency in crafting outcomes-driven messaging for executive and decision-making audiences.

• Practical experience in creating content for web, social media, email, and paid channels.

• Familiarity with AI content generation and marketing tools, along with an understanding of their effective application in marketing workflows.

• Experience working with or managing external PR agencies.

• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to translate complex healthcare topics into clear business value.

• Basic design skills using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or similar to produce polished and effective content assets.

• Comfort in using or learning AI-supported tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, CoPilot, or role-specific platforms) to enhance daily workflows.

• Background in fast-growing SaaS or health tech companies.

• Preferred experience in care coordination, behavioral health, or interoperability solutions.

• Familiarity with healthcare policy, Medicaid/Medicare, or state-level public health initiatives is a plus.

• Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environments.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setting, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions.

• A forward-thinking and inquisitive mindset with a willingness to experiment with new technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating sound judgment and creativity in crafting solutions.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for work.
