This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and uphold the essential messaging, thought leadership, and sales enablement resources that establish Foodsmart as the frontrunner in foodcare.
• Produce materials that empower our sales team to succeed, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive positioning, and tailored account-specific support for each buyer.
• Convert clinical evidence and customer outcomes into clear, engaging messaging that resonates with decision-makers in health plans.
• Expand and maintain our collection of high-value content (benchmark reports, case studies, and our Clinical Intelligence Series) to provide our Sales team with relevant, impactful content throughout the buyer journey.
• Continuously discover innovative methods to enhance our storytelling, generate demand, and support Sales—bringing fresh ideas, testing them promptly, and scaling successful initiatives.
• Oversee the company's strategic events program, which includes the annual events calendar, trade shows, customer events, and sponsorships that enhance pipeline, brand visibility, and customer interaction.
• Collaborate with Sales to create integrated account-based marketing campaigns that merge content, events, digital channels, and executive engagement to expedite pipeline growth.
• Direct cross-functional event planning and execution, ensuring alignment among Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive stakeholders regarding timelines, responsibilities, messaging, and event success.
• Formulate and implement integrated event marketing and sales enablement strategies, including promotional campaigns, collateral, account targeting, meeting support, social media, and on-site brand experience.
• Evaluate and enhance event performance, identifying avenues for improving operational efficiency, attendee experience, and return on investment.
• Manage Foodsmart's B2B LinkedIn strategy across the company and executive team, leveraging thought leadership to establish credibility, engage health plan leaders, and support pipeline generation.
• Assist our sales team with social selling efforts by aiding them in finding, engaging, and nurturing relationships with relevant contacts.
• Initiate account-focused paid campaigns as the program expands.
• A minimum of 6 years in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on both content/enablement and events/field marketing, alongside a proven record of managing programs from start to finish.
• Proven experience as a genuine partner to sales teams, focusing on accounts, buyers, and advancing real opportunities rather than vanity metrics.
• Background in marketing within healthcare, payers, or other complex, enterprise industries with lengthy sales cycles, and an understanding of what is required to secure an initial meeting with a senior buyer.
• An outstanding writer and marketer capable of transforming clinical evidence, customer outcomes, and business strategy into polished, on-brand content with speed and precision.
• Practical experience with a CRM (Salesforce), a marketing automation platform (HubSpot or similar), and LinkedIn.
• Strong writing and program management skills—capable of simultaneously managing event logistics and content deadlines without compromising either.
• Nice to have:
• Experience in food-as-medicine, value-based care, or Medicaid/Medicare managed care.
• Background in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities change rapidly and marketers are expected to take charge of strategy and execution.
• A history of establishing an events engine or field marketing program from the ground up.
• Comfort with setting up light marketing operations: tracking, campaign hygiene, and reporting.
