This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take the lead in managing intricate consulting projects and executive-level workstreams, acting as a trusted advisor to mid- and senior-level stakeholders while ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, executive-ready results.
• Provide expert advice to clients utilizing Great Place To Work's research, frameworks, and insights, along with proficiency in organizational strategy, people analytics, leadership development, and employee experience, to offer strategic recommendations aligned with client business priorities and context.
• Transform complex quantitative and qualitative data into clear, persuasive insights, narratives, presentations, and recommendations that facilitate informed decision-making and significant organizational actions.
• Responsible for delivering outstanding client experiences through proactive communication, stakeholder alignment, and effective collaboration with both client and internal teams.
• Manage strategic initiatives supporting the Advisory Services leader, including sales proposals, executive presentations, and other high-priority business initiatives.
• Confidently facilitate executive discussions, workshops, focus groups, and strategic working sessions, demonstrating credibility and a strong executive presence.
• Deliver work effectively through others by providing project-based coaching, sharing expertise, and ensuring project team members are well-equipped to achieve client and engagement goals.
• Guarantee that all deliverables and client-facing outputs adhere to the highest standards of quality, strategic insight, clarity, and actionable recommendations.
• Seamlessly transition between client-facing roles and hands-on execution while effectively delivering work through others.
• Over 10 years of experience in organizational consulting, leadership advisory, human capital consulting, industrial organizational psychology, or a related professional services field.
• More than 5 years of experience leading medium to complex consulting engagements from start to finish.
• At least 5 years of management experience, including leading matrixed, cross-functional teams with a proven record of delivering excellence and fostering development through coaching, feedback, and delegation.
• Experience working closely with executives as a trusted thought partner or liaison.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills, with experience in developing senior-level presentations and facilitating strategic discussions.
• A collaborative team player capable of fluidly switching between leader and follower, owner and contributor, and mainstage and backstage roles to achieve desired results.
• Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up or supervision.
