Senior Manager, Construction Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and manage the operational rhythm for the Regional Project Manager team.

• Define and oversee the KPI framework for Regional Project Managers, encompassing on-time delivery, budget variances, quality inspection approval rates, SLAs, service-provider network health, and client escalation rates.

• Conduct weekly and monthly performance review sessions with Regional Project Managers.

• Keep documentation of performance challenges, commitments, and modifications.

• Act as the escalation point for issues that remain unresolved at the regional level.

• Present regional performance data to executive leadership.

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership.

• Standardize installation tracking across various regions.

• Manage, mentor, and develop the Regional Project Manager team.

• Establish clear performance expectations during the hiring and onboarding processes.

• Promote consistency, accountability, and ongoing improvement in home-modification installations.

• Over 5 years of experience managing a distributed field team in construction or home services.

• Proven history of developing KPI frameworks and performance management systems from the ground up.

• Direct experience in people management.

• Proficient in leveraging data and dashboards to inform decision-making.

• Experience in guiding teams through periods of change.
